It was only a matter of time until all sides of the political spectrum felt the full force of Cancel Culture. Sadly, we now live in a world where offering an alternative opinion to the global narrative will result in the silencing and cancellation of individuals, regardless of your political persuasions.
Back in 2019, the developer of feedit could see this coming and so he dedicated the following two years of his life into creating an app which could help combat cancel culture. That developer is also the owner of this website.
Essentially, feedit is a modern day news-reader. You can add almost any websites into your feed and you’ll be updated with all the latest posts/articles.
Unlike traditional RSS readers, feedit doesn’t rely on a specific format. Many different website structures are natively supported, but if you come across a web-page which doesn’t work, you can create your own “scraper” within a few minutes which means even unknown website structures can become fully compatible. Get all the latest articles from your favourite news sources, social media platforms, video hosting sites, messenger apps… whether text, audio, videos or images, feedit has you covered.
The app has many unique, “never seen before” features, designed to combat any suppression techniques used by Governments and Big Tech.
It’s highly recommended to watch the video below which shows off some of the features.
The app is designed to be completely non-profit with no scope for commercial value.
As soon as a product has a value it opens itself up to corruption and bullying tactics from the big tech giants.
Although we’ve tried to make feedit as intuitive and user-friendly as possible, the app has some unique features which may take some getting used to. Please watch the videos below to make sure you’re not missing out on anything!
Here’s some promo vids for the app, they are not to be taken seriously and were designed to bring a light hearted bit of humour into what was (and still is) some very dark times. If you’re easily offended then don’t watch them. If you are easily offended and choose to ignore this advice, but then still bitch and whine about it afterwards, you’re entitled to your opinion but it will be falling on deaf ears – man up and get a sense of humour!
